- Complex DSP and RF machine learning algorithm development background
- Leadership experience with multi-disciplinary engineering teams through full R&D lifecycle
- Fielded capability in SIGINT, EW, or radar domains
- Government R&D contracting familiarity and ability to deliver against technical milestones
- Proposal development experience for government solicitations

## Nice to have

- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- Active US Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Direct experience with space-based RF payload programs for DoD or Intelligence Community
- Experience with AI-driven engineering workflows and agentic AI systems
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen
- EM simulation tool expertise and vision for AI-driven simulation acceleration
- Track record productizing R&D into commercial solutions

- Background in orbit-specific RF: Doppler compensation, atmospheric propagation, link budgets, anti-jam, LPI waveforms
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
