- Bachelor's in Systems Engineering or related field with 8+ years formal experience, OR Master's in Systems Engineering or related field with 6+ years formal systems engineering experience
- INCOSE certification (CSEP or ESEP) if degree is not in Systems Engineering
- Working knowledge of INCOSE SE Handbook and/or ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2023
- Experience with model-based systems engineering including model architecture, requirements development, and model analysis
- U.S. citizenship
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one

- Experience leading special projects
- Experience in satellite or RF systems
