## Required

- Experience as a TPM, Engineering Lead, or Engineering Manager
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
- Led large-scale technical transformation programs with measurable organizational impact
- Executive presence and influence across matrix environments
- Deep technical credibility to challenge assumptions and earn engineer trust
- Ability to build and re-plan detailed programs accounting for ambiguity and dependencies
- Track record standing up new programs from scratch in high-visibility environments
- Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA

## Nice to have

- Hands-on technical experience in software or systems engineering
- Strong conceptual fluency in LLM-based products and AI infrastructure
