## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience in TV and digital media advertising
- New business development experience in CTV, OLV, and data activation
- High-level negotiation track record with advertising industry contacts
- Experience presenting to agencies and advertisers in person and remotely
- Ability to drive deals to closure in new business environments
- Understanding of CTV/OTT industry and competitive landscape

## Nice to have

- Experience in entrepreneurial environments
- Knowledge of Samsung's TV data and measurement tools
- Existing client base in advertising
