- 3+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, minimum 20 hours per week

- Willingness to follow company standards for attendance, appearance, and conduct

## Nice to have

- Experience in hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment
