- 8+ years of organizational change management experience in large-scale business transformations
- Demonstrated success with enterprise-wide change strategies for finance, ERP, or operating model transformations
- Experience establishing change management governance, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship programs, and communications frameworks
- Ability to develop executive reporting, change readiness assessments, and adoption metrics
- Strong influencing skills with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience working in matrixed global organizations with finance, IT, HR, and business leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Change management certification (Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG, or equivalent)

## Nice to have

- PMP certification
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP modernization, or enterprise technology implementations
- Background in finance transformation change management
- Management consulting experience from Big Four or equivalent firms
- Track record developing enterprise-wide change frameworks and governance models
