- Fluency with Figma, Jitter and Adobe Creative Suite with organized files for collaboration
- Motion and animation experience with interest in exploring new tools including AI production tools
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and brand teams
- Understanding of digital advertising, growth marketing and social media trends

## Nice to have

- Background in subscription, media or content businesses
- Video editing software experience and knowledge of on-set video production for social
- Genuine interest in journalism and familiarity with New York Times products
- B.A., B.F.A. or M.F.A. in graphic design, visual communication or related discipline
