- PLC programming and troubleshooting expertise
- Motion control systems and servo drive experience
- VFD configuration and optimization experience
- CNC equipment support experience
- Robotic systems integration in manufacturing
- MES and production information systems implementation
- Capital project management and cross-functional team leadership

## Nice to have

- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
- Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk, Siemens TIA Portal, Ignition, or Wonderware
- Experience with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots, or Yaskawa robotics
