- 2+ years supervising or leading a technical team
- Experience defining test strategy and automation frameworks for complex software
- Modern CI/CD tooling and Linux experience
- Ability to work across engineering, test, and program teams
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Secret security clearance eligibility

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree
- Experience with embedded, robotics, UAS or safety-critical software testing
- DevSecOps practices and lab/test infrastructure management
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and test tooling
