## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on test engineering experience in propulsion systems, aerospace or related industries
- Hands-on experience with rocket motor integration and testing
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to quality, safety, accountability and mission-focused teamwork
- Extensive experience with integration and testing of complex hardware and software systems
- Advanced programming proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, Python and Simulink
- Knowledge of serial communication protocols (RS-422, RS-485, CAN)
- Knowledge of MIL-STD and aerospace qualification/acceptance test practices
- Background in Data Acquisition systems, instrumentation and controls engineering
- Experience with test software development, automation and simulation tools
- Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration standards and methodologies
- Expertise in troubleshooting and test issue resolution
- Expertise in test planning, execution and data analysis
- Willingness to travel to test facilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Clearance
- US Person status (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
