Crusoe is seeking a senior engineer to design and operate large-scale enterprise system integrations using Workato, modernizing workflows across ERP, CRM, and HR platforms. This role suits experienced integration architects who can set standards, mentor teammates, and bridge business strategy with technical delivery.

## Required

- 7+ years as an API Developer or Integration Engineer in enterprise environments
- 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Workato, ideally Workato ONE
- Deep expertise building and operating Workato recipes including error handling, monitoring, batch processing, and custom connectors
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms across HCM, ERP, CRM, finance, or similar domains
- Expert knowledge of enterprise integration best practices and iPaaS architectures
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SOAP, and API security
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira/JSM, Confluence, and CI/CD workflows
- Understanding of HR data models and compliance requirements including GDPR and SOC 2

## Nice to have

- Workato Foundations or Integration Developer certifications
- Experience with leading enterprise SaaS platforms and their native integration tooling
- Experience with additional iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica
- Background in HR technology consulting or HRIS implementations
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), IaC tools, or identity and SSO integrations
- Experience in high-growth or highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and intelligent automation
