- Salesforce administration and architecture expertise including custom objects, flows, and reporting
- Territory planning, capacity modeling, and compensation design for technical field teams at $100M+ ARR companies
- Systems-thinking approach to organizational assessment and operational leverage
- Analytics with execution bias and ability to drive operating cadences
- Partnership experience with VP-level technical leaders

## Nice to have

- Built operations functions from the ground up in Field Engineering or Solutions Architecture
- Developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform company experience with PLG and enterprise sales
- Post-sales lifecycle management including consumption-based pricing and customer health scoring
- Perspective on AI, automation, and tooling transforming technical field organizations
- Comfort with technical tooling beyond Salesforce such as SQL, internal tools, or GTM Engineering platforms
