## Required

- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (export control requirement)
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and antenna systems
- Ability to work from technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures
- Comfortable with varied tasks including setup, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance

## Nice to have

- Experience with phased array antenna testing
- Experience with automated range systems
- Experience with near-field or boresight antenna ranges
- Familiarity with positioners and mechanical fixtures
