- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical, scientific, technology, engineering or mathematics field
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, scientific, technology, engineering or mathematics field
- Greater than 3 years of technical experience with Waters Empower CDS in multi-site enterprise environment
- Empower Administration expertise including ICOP drivers, method troubleshooting, client-server installs, user management, security and data workflows
- Understanding of chromatography instruments and lab workflows
- Ability to influence and navigate complex or matrix organizations
- Fluency in English

- Empower Administration Certification
- PowerShell experience
- Pharma industry and cGMP practices experience
