## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Minimum one year of experience in business, economics, or mathematics
- Ability to build and interpret complex financial models including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with airline industry financial dynamics and challenges
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
- Scenario analysis capability
- Time management across multiple projects
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and organization
- Authorization to work in the US
- Pass criminal background check
