- Experience with engagement model governance and change management coordination
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to synthesize complex data for senior audiences
- Ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders autonomously
- Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Bachelor's degree
