## Required

- 5+ years in OSP engineering, construction, or operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and NESC requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to read OSP construction prints and CAD drawings
- Experience with GIS mapping systems
- Familiarity with fiber and telecommunications industry standards
- Project management experience

## Nice to have

- Associate's degree
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with Snowflake and SQL queries
- Knowledge of L2 and Transport architecture design
- Experience with fiber mapping platforms
