- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years composites precision drilling and mechanical assembly experience in aerospace or similar industry
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
- Ability to operate forklifts or cranes for critical lifts
- Ability to set up and operate calibrated tools including torque wrenches and precision measuring equipment

## Nice to have

- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Experience partnering across business functions on flight hardware production
