- Experience aligning platform timelines with product roadmaps
- Technical fluency in platform, product infrastructure, or distributed systems
- Ability to interpret team delivery and health metrics
- Translate company OKRs/KPIs into team strategy
- Build collaborative teams in fully remote or asynchronous environments

## Nice to have

- 5+ years leading a Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience team
- Experience integrating AI-assisted or agentic coding workflows into SDLC
- Deep architectural knowledge of Event-Driven Architectures and distributed systems
