- LLMOps fundamentals including eval harness design and production observability
- Cloud-native engineering maturity with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and CI/CD
- Strong Python or equivalent backend language with production debugging experience
- Team management and engineering leadership experience

## Nice to have

- Experience with multiple agentic orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with open-source LLM models
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform or Helm
