## Required

- 8-10 years of email deliverability or messaging infrastructure experience
- Built or scaled a deliverability practice previously
- Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication protocols
- Experience with IP and domain reputation management
- Experience managing IP warm-up and sender migrations
- Ability to analyze bounce rates, complaint rates, and engagement metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple customer situations with prioritization
- Experience establishing processes, documentation, or best practices
