- Hands-on experience with test content bring-up, limit setting, and yield/coverage optimization
- Proficiency with scripting and data analysis for test data analytics
- Ability to drive multi-functional alignment on plans and sign-off criteria
- Strong technical writing for manufacturing and validation teams
- Ownership of manufacturing test strategy for a major silicon product from planning through production
