## Required

- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years HR technology experience architecting scalable solutions across global organizations
- Lead cross-functional technical teams
- Define and execute multi-year HR technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy
- Partner with senior HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions
- Oversee full lifecycle system implementations (discovery, requirements, design, UAT, change management, deployment)
- Manage complex Workday enhancement portfolios and prioritization frameworks
- Execute Workday HCM configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Reporting
- Manage Workday integrations including Studio, EIB, PICOF/PECOS, REST and SOAP APIs
- Direct SOX audit ownership and design controls and reporting frameworks
- Establish KPIs, measure adoption, and drive continuous improvement
