- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or relevant technical field
- 10+ years industry experience
- 3+ years in a technical project management role
- Technical understanding of RF system development projects including RFFE design and test, antenna design and test, and digital beamforming system design and test
- Knowledge of project monitoring, control, and risk management processes and tools
- ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee under specified statutes, or eligible to obtain necessary State Department authorizations

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in a relevant technical field
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or project manager in the RF domain
- Exposure to government programs and current active security clearance
- Experience transitioning technologies from design concept to functioning product
