## Required

- 5+ years managing complex software or network infrastructure programs

- Technical background in software engineering, systems engineering, or network operations
- Familiarity with OSS domains (Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Inventory, Provisioning)
- Understanding of contract frameworks and change management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience in telecommunications or large-scale network environments
- Familiarity with TM Forum standards or industry frameworks
- Exposure to OSS/NMS platforms or monitoring systems
- Experience with system integrations and API-driven architectures
