## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 3–4 years as an account manager
- 3+ years in healthcare, health plan, provider, or health tech
- Direct experience in a physician's office, provider practice, or clinical office setting (office manager, revenue cycle, patient access/claims, or clinic operations)
- Healthcare program experience with direct provider and/or member engagement
- Strong communication skills translating policy to provider-friendly language
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills in regulated environments
- Analytical mindset with ability to read and interpret dashboards and use Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage a large assigned practice portfolio and prioritize independently
- Proactive, ownership-driven problem-solving with strong organizational skills
- Mid- to large-scale project management experience
- Change management familiarity
- Medicaid/Medicare and managed care environment knowledge
- Prior authorization process experience
- Healthcare provider data experience
- Ability to travel up to 35%

## Nice to have

- Salesforce or other CRM tools experience
- Jira and/or Monday.com project management tools experience
- Onboarding program design or user experience optimization experience
