## Required

- 8+ years in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or comparable customer-embedded engineering role
- 2+ years directly managing engineers in a customer-facing or field capacity
- Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations
- Deep experience with agentic AI including LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, multi-agent systems, RAG, and vector stores
- Experience with LLMs and tools including OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic
- Lead multiple concurrent technical deployments under delivery and revenue pressure
- Serve as executive-level technical escalation and customer-facing leader
- Turn ambiguity into staffed, sequenced execution plans for a team
- Commercial awareness and stakeholder management across Sales, Product, and Core Engineering
- High-growth SaaS background

## Nice to have

- Experience managing a field or forward-deployed engineering team specifically
- Domain experience in accounting, ERP, or Intuit's priority verticals: construction, nonprofit, manufacturing, wealth management, healthcare, franchise, or field services
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, or deploying AI agents in production
- Experience building interview loops, leveling rubrics, or technical field-engineering playbooks
