## Required

- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering with 7+ years automation experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or 11+ years without degree
- Proficiency in PLC programming across multiple vendor platforms
- Experience designing and integrating robotic systems into manufacturing
- Knowledge of machine learning applications in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience building electrical cabinets and field wiring
- Self-starter able to solve complex problems with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety culture and regulatory compliance (OSHA, ITAR, hazardous materials)
- Ability to obtain and maintain state and federal explosives licenses
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR compliance)

## Nice to have

- Experience with energetic materials, explosives, or hazardous manufacturing (C1D1/C2D1)
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) with demonstrated application
