## Required

- 3-5 years progressive retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Coaching and talent development skills
- Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability for minimum 40 hours/week including peak days and evening/opening shifts
- Wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
