## Summary

AriensCo seeks a skilled brake press technician to set up and operate press brakes for metal fabrication, working the second shift (2:30 PM–12:30 AM, Monday–Thursday). This role suits someone with hands-on metal forming experience who can read blueprints, work to tight tolerances, and manage CNC programming for complex bending operations.

## Required

- Strong metal press forming and basic fabrication background
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Basic dimensional measurement competency
- Basic shop math competency
- Stand for 8+ hours daily
- Lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of hydraulic press and punch operations
- Overhead crane experience
- Understanding of welding processes
- TWI (Training Within Industry) experience
- Ability to train others in standard work
