## Required

- Lead multiple end-to-end Workday HCM projects from initiation to completion
- Experience implementing Workday HCM or comparable on-premise or cloud HR platforms
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Manage and lead diverse teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- English fluency

## Nice to have

- Strong HR background with Workday platform experience as consultant or client-side owner
- Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework
- Current Workday HCM certification
- Additional Workday certifications in Compensation, Security, Recruiting, or Talent & Performance
- Hands-on Workday implementation experience
