## Required

- 8+ years of design engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with CAD packages such as NX, Creo, or Solidworks
- Working knowledge of structural analysis including hand calculations and FEM
- Knowledge of structures strength, stability, and fatigue failure mechanisms
- Understanding of additive and traditional manufacturing processes
- Full lifecycle project ownership experience

## Nice to have

- 8+ years specifically in mechanical or structural design and analysis
- Extensive NX/TeamCenter experience
- Expertise with Nastran and ANSYS
- GD&T and drafting experience
