## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years position-related experience
- Ability to accurately identify instruments
- Ability to operate steam sterilizers
- Ability to operate washer disinfector
- Ability to accurately read and document biological results
- Ability to properly clean patient care equipment
- Ability to identify specialty instrumentation
- Ability to process complex instrumentation

## Nice to have

- Basic Life Support CPR certification
