- 7+ years in business management, program management, sales & marketing, or strategic partnering in aerospace, space, or defense
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- Experience in international business and product line-aligned industry knowledge
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense contract terms and conditions
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense market trends and industry
- Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with statistics and trend analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance
- Experience leading and developing diverse teams
- Business process management including planning, budgeting, and time management
- Ability to make sound decisions under uncertainty
- US Person eligibility (ITAR compliance requirement)
