- Understanding of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with PPAP/APQP environments
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and solve complex problems
- Proficiency in supplier manufacturing processes and engineering requirements in regulated industries
- Understanding of supplier controls for design specification adherence
- Experience with lean manufacturing, statistical process control, Six Sigma, and design for manufacturability
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement track record
- Willingness to travel 30-40% domestically and internationally
- Proficiency with eQMS and quality management systems

- Certified Quality Engineer certification

- ISO Certified Lead Auditor certification
