## Required

- Experience with Federal, State, and local transportation regulations
- Experience developing local transportation policies
- Experience preparing transportation reports and recommendations
- Experience negotiating with carriers
- Strong oral and written presentation skills

## Nice to have

- 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level
