- Track record solving complex problems and influencing others on AI initiatives
- Knowledge of emerging AI regulations and frameworks

## Nice to have

- Production LLM, RAG, or model inference monitoring pipeline experience
- OpenTelemetry distributed tracing or structured logging instrumentation
- Hands-on experience with AI observability tools like Fiddler, Arize, or LangSmith
- Ability to build dashboards and alerts for AI model behavior monitoring
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries
