- 8+ years in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, or analytics with significant people leadership
- 4+ years managing fraud analyst teams
- Success leading operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows
- Strong fraud judgment and understanding of fraud patterns and prevention
- Process design and improvement experience with performance measurement frameworks
- Track record developing early-career talent and building high-performing teams
- Analytical skills using data to identify opportunities and drive decisions
- Technical fluency working with product, analytics, engineering, and machine learning teams
- Experience with AI, automation, or operational technologies to improve productivity
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
