## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 6+ years in a leadership or management role
- Understanding of avionics systems manufacturing including PCBA, harness fabrication, and electronics boxes
- Lean manufacturing and process optimization experience
- Experience scaling low-volume or pilot production to high volume
- Cross-functional communication skills

## Nice to have

- AS9100 processes and quality management systems
- Electronics supply chain management experience
- Quality process controls for PCBAs, wire harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies
- Environmental testing knowledge per SMC-S-016, DO-160, or similar standards
