## Required

- 2+ years of pharmacist experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist License in Ohio
- Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
- Ability to work flexible shift times (Sun-Wed 7am-5:30pm or Wed-Sat 7am-5:30pm)
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
- Medical clearance for respirator use (facial hair restrictions apply)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Capability with small, delicate machinery
- Leadership skills for in-person teams
- Cross-functional collaboration with remote teams
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to wear compounding safety equipment
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- FDA and Ohio pharmacy regulation compliance
- Infection control protocol adherence
- Physical capability: walking up to 50%, standing up to 100%, squatting/bending up to 20%, lifting up to 80% of shift duration, lifting up to 50 lbs
