## Required

- Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare (MD, PharmD, or PhD)
- Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs, medical strategy, or clinical research
- Cardiovascular medicine background
- Experience with all phases of drug development including clinical, regulatory, and life cycle management
- Strong analytical and scientific data interpretation skills
- Global medical affairs leadership experience in matrixed organizations

## Nice to have

- Deep scientific knowledge of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and myosin inhibition mechanisms
- Direct experience in cardiomyopathy, heart failure, or related therapeutic areas
- Proven track record engaging global key opinion leaders and cardiovascular thought leaders
- Launch expertise in cardiovascular therapeutic area, preferably in rare cardiovascular disease or specialty cardiology
