## Required

- 7+ years operating multi-vendor hyper-scale IP and Optical backbone and public cloud networks
- Proven track record managing global engineering teams and leading initiatives independently
- Expert knowledge of large-scale backbone networking technologies (DWDM, ROADM, MP-BGP, MPLS, RSVP, Segment Routing, IS-IS, QoS, MACsec)
- Experience with optical networks, core backbone routing, DDoS mitigation and edge network services
- Experience managing network configs using scripts or automation frameworks
- Experience operating in FedRAMP or other regulated environments
- Eligible for CJIS clearance (U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status required)
- Strong track record developing and improving tools, platforms and infrastructure
- Experience with network simulation and testing tools
- Experience automating systems to reduce operational toil

## Nice to have

- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows
