## Required

- 5+ years delivering scalable production systems
- Experience building with agentic coding tools and LLM integrations
- Developer relations or strong communication skills for training engineering teams
- Ability to solve complex problems independently and drive technical improvements
- Solid foundation in technical design, architecture, and developer experience

## Nice to have

- 2+ years in a mature engineering organization
- Hands-on experience designing agent frameworks or custom LLM systems
- Modern cloud environments and CI/CD automation pipelines
