- 7+ years of product design experience on developer tools or technical products
- End-to-end ownership of a major product surface or area
- Craft spanning both GUI and non-GUI surfaces (CLI, API, dashboards)

- Ability to read and collaborate with code
- Clear communication and cross-org influence without formal authority

## Nice to have

- Experience shipping CLI, SDK, API, or MCP at scale
- Experience designing agent-facing documentation or educational material
- Familiarity with OAuth, scoped tokens, or least-privilege access models
- Hands-on experience building with coding agents or LLM tooling
