Linear seeks an Implementation Manager to own enterprise customer rollouts from contract signature through successful go-live, coordinating technical and non-technical teams across implementation, migration, and enablement workstreams. This role suits someone with deep enterprise SaaS implementation experience who can manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, enforce scope discipline, and build repeatable processes at scale.

## Required

- 5+ years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record managing multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts
- Deep fluency with structured project management including implementation plans, dependencies, and risk tracking
- Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams without owning technical execution
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience defining and enforcing services scope and managing scope creep

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with enterprise migration patterns
- Experience with SSO/SCIM provisioning and integration configuration at scale
- Background working with Solutions Engineering or Professional Services
- Experience with 1,000+ user deployments
