## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile and/or SCRUM concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project or similar)
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product development lifecycles

## Nice to have

- PMP certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or product development
- Demonstrated experience leading NPD projects
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks
- Experience in regulated or ISO-certified environments
- Background in mechanical, industrial, process, or manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, FMEA, or Design Reviews
- Experience managing capital, product development, or engineering projects
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems
- Prior internship, co-op, or professional experience in manufacturing or product development
