## Required

- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service

- Ability to stand/walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
- Availability for minimum 40 hours/week including peak days, holidays, and varying shifts
- 18 years of age or older
