## Required

- 12+ years progressive accounting/finance experience in high-growth SaaS or consumption-based software companies
- CPA certification
- Deep expertise in US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition for consumption/usage-based models
- Proven experience building or scaling tax and treasury functions with international and multi-currency operations
- Track record scaling accounting infrastructure and teams through rapid growth
- Experience with procurement and vendor management including contract negotiation
- Systems acumen with ERP platforms like NetSuite or Workday
- Executive communication skills and presence to partner with CFO, CEO, board, and investors
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
