## Required

- 4-5 years as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics Consultant
- Hands-on Databricks experience for data exploration, preparation, or transformation
- Strong Power BI skills including dashboard development and data modeling
- Power Query knowledge and data transformation techniques
- Data analysis, profiling, and quality concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Cloud data environment experience, preferably Azure
- Understanding of BI project lifecycle from requirements through support
- Agile delivery and backlog management experience
- Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
- Good written and spoken English

## Nice to have

- Databricks SQL, SQL analytics, notebooks, or lakehouse environments
- Azure Data Lake or Azure Data Factory experience
- Power Apps experience
- Python or PySpark for data analysis
- Data governance, GDPR, and documentation standards knowledge
- Experience delivering BI solutions end-to-end to production
- Proficiency in French
