- 8+ years in thermal asset project development, financing, or origination
- Power marketing and PPA negotiation experience for thermal resources
- Understanding of thermal power generation including heat rates, fuel logistics, and dispatch economics
- Strong knowledge of U.S. energy markets and regulatory environment including ISO/RTO rules
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills with ability to mentor junior team members
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field

## Nice to have

- Deep interest in AI workloads and experience with AI infrastructure providers or hyperscalers
- Familiarity with carbon capture and storage (CCS) structuring in commercial frameworks
- Experience with ERCOT markets
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
